Microdermabrasion/Peels
Microdermabrasion Facial
Microdermabrasion is used successfully to help treat various skin conditions.
Microdermabrasion can help to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, improve acne and congestion, stimulate the natural production of collagen and elastin which increases firmness and smoothness of the complexion, and assist with the absorption of subsequently applied active skin care products.
The combination of diamond technology to exfoliate, polish and increase lymphatic drainage of the skin, with a gentle vacuuming system to unblock and clean the pores, successfully removes dead skin cells, encouraging cell turnover leading to more radiant skin.
It is a requirement for clients to be using ASAP Clearskin Gel daily for two weeks prior to treatment. A course of treatments is required to achieve the desired result.
GP40 Peel
ASAP GP 40 Peel is 40% Glycolic acid (fruit acid), recommended for anyone wishing to give their skin a brighter glow and a boost of hydration. This peel will benefit people with acne prone, dry, scaly or pigmented skin. It will improve texture of the skin and stimulates collagen renewal. It contains other active ingredients which assist in skin lightening and hydration. The GP 40 peel will not help with deep wrinkles, deep acne scarring or broken capillaries.
The GP 40 peel is safe to be used in pregnancy but not recommended for anyone with active dermatitis, impetigo, recent facial surgery or very dark skin types. Visible peeling is uncommon with this type of peel.
We recommend a course of 4 treatments at 2 weekly intervals. It is beneficial to use ASAP clearskin gel for two weeks to prep the skin for optimal results and absolutely necessary to be applying a 30+ sunscreen every day. A non invasive treatment with no peeling involved – result driven.
JP7 Peel
JP7 Peel is a more intensive facial peel containing highly active ingredients which improve the texture of the skin and stimulate collagen renewal. Ideal for the more mature skin, this treatment will refresh, rehydrate and brighten your skin over time, leaving it looking more luminous and evenly skin-toned.
JP7 Peel is not suitable for clients with darker skin or excessive pigmentation. It is a peel that can result in mild peeling or in flaking skin for up to 10 days. Not for pregnant women or for clients allergic to aspirin. It is a requirement for clients to be using ASAP Clearskin Gel nightly for two weeks prior to treatment. It is necessary to be applying a 30+ sunscreen every day.
Peels are recommended on a regular basis and can be packaged with microdermabrasion. IPL treatments may also be of benefit in addition to the JP7 Peel. This peel aims to get results and is not for the person who just wants to feel pampered.
